eTip: Trust Your Intuition

intuition:
noun
1: quick and ready insight
2 a: immediate apprehension or cognition
b: knowledge or conviction gained by intuition
c: the power or faculty of attaining to direct knowledge or cognition without evident rational thought and inference
3: gut instinct
4: sixth sense

When meeting others, your intuition will let you know whether a person is someone with whom you can get along, trust, should approach cautiously or keep your distance.

When all the credentials, resources, and other information you may have learned about a person, prior to meeting him/her says the person is "top notch", or a "must have" in your network, trust what your intuition tells you about the person.

Truly rely on your what your intuition tells you after meeting him/her.

Your intuition may come through as a soft hunch, a quiet word, a sensation, a symbol or smell. Let it flow, don't hinder or dismiss it.

Listen to your body's reaction after meeting a person, it is your intuition speaking.  Know how your intuition "speaks" to you. Trust what your body tells you. Your intuition will lead you to the right decision.
